They have the authority to lead at every stage of the branding process, mentor designers, and bring together the right references to create seamless and compelling narratives.

- Hands-on approach to shaping strategy and ensuring strategic and visual excellence

The candidate needs to be a team player who can play the team's design efforts and manage respective client expectations.
